Is it possible to purchase parts from your shop?
We typically do not sell parts, except for instances where they are necessary for a repair. Special order parts must be paid for in advance.
Is it possible to ship my instrument to your shop for service?
At this time, we only accept instruments that are dropped off in person, and they must be protected by a hard case or gig bag.
Does your shop provide finishing services?
Yes, we offer in-house re-touching and finishing services.
Is amplifier repair available at your shop?
At this time, we only service tube amplifiers. Nathan, a certified electronics engineering technician, provides electronics services that cater to backline companies, recording studios, and professional musicians.
